However, for an individual to get injured when practicing yoga, it clearly shows that something got misaligned during the practice. Practicing YogaThe question is, how can individuals know when they pass their limit? One indicator is when a person finds himself breathing through the mouth. All the breathings during the session should take place through the nose. If an individual finds himself shaking uncontrollably, it means that he/she might be unable to control the shaking while focusing on the posture, which might lead to an injury.
